Three songs, no flash...

Growing up just outside of Vancouver BC I was always into music. On the weekends I'd take the bus downtown to watch shows. I always wanted to be a rockstar, while lacking any skills when it came to playing musical instruments, I always had an eye for a great shot... 

I moved to Alberta a couple years ago, bought a DSLR and started shooting anything and everything... Completley self taught, at first I shot landscape and sports but then got the music bug again. So now Im trying to break into concert photography. I have not been shooting very long but I have a pretty good resume so far; Classified, Blue Rodeo, Sam Roberts and most recent The Tea Party.

Its truly a rush, walking out infront of thousands of screaming fans, the lights go out and the crowd get louder and then... all of a sudden.... the music begins.... Its time to shoot... What a rush!!!
